SHIPPING
We will do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible! Once purchases, your items will be shipped within the next 1-3 business days. Once shipped out you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Local Pickup: Orders online can now be picked up at a local Satellite Beach location. Select the local pickup option when checking out.
RETURN POLICY:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!
We offer full refunds for the below issues and we'll even pay for the return shipping fees!
- Item was not delivered
- Item has a manufacturing issue
- Item is not as described
- Item was the incorrect size or did not fit
To return an item, please contact us via the "CONTACT" tab at the top right of our home page. We will email you a return shipping label pending return approval. Please note, in order to qualify for a full refund, items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. We have the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
EXCHANGE:
We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for store credit.
DEFECTIVE:
If you received defective merchandise, please contact us within two business days so we can correct the issue.
REFUSED OR UNDELIVERED ORDER(S)
If you refuse a confirmed order you will be charged for the actual cost of the shipping to you. Undelivered orders due to error on your part will require re-shipment and will be charged to you.
